Applications are invited from eligible candidates for 1 (ONE) position of Research Assistant on a temporary contractual basis in a research project entitled “Rapid detection of probiotic lactic acid bacteria and assessing their suitability in vivo system” (GAP-403), funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi at Department of Food Microbiology, CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore, Karnataka.
Research Assistant : No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : Candidates should not have exceeded 30 years of age as on 15-02-2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 23,220/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : First class postgraduate degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology with minimum three years of research experience or PhD in Microbiology / Biotechnology awarded/Thesis submitted with at-least two publications in international peer reviewed journal.
Desirable : Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the area of Molecular biology of lactic acid bacteria.
