Age Limit : A candidate must be under 32 (thirty two) years and above 21 (twenty one) years of age on the 1st August, 2013.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800/- carrying Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Technology in Civil Engineering with first Class or equivalent. If the candidate has a Master’s Degree in Engineering / Technology, first Class or equivalent is required at Bachelors or Masters level in the concerned discipline or equivalent in Mathematics or equivalent in Physics or equivalent in Chemistry or equivalent in English. Technology in Drilling Engineering with first Class or equivalent or equivalent in Geology.

Fees/Application Fee:
A candidate is required to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of Rs. 200/-(Rupees two hundred) only. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe of Odisha only and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of this fee.
