Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar, IIT, Applications in the prescribed format are invited for appointment to following positions of the Institute on DEPUTATION basis / Contract Basis. post : Executive Engineer Civil, Assistant Engineer Electrical
1. Executive Engineer (Civil) : No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : As per Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar Rules.
Scale of Pay : Appointments shall be made on deputation basis, initially for a period of twoyears, as per Government of India rules for deputation/ foreign service appointments. An additional a special allowance of up to 30% of basic pay will be paid in deserving cases.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Only qualified engineers in service of Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies. Candidates must have at least an overall grading of ‘Very good’ in five of past seven APARs starting with 2006-07.
2. Assistant Engineer (Electrical): No of post : 01 Post
Age Limit : As per Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar Rules.
Scale of Pay : Appointments shall be made on deputation basis, initially for a period of twoyears, as per Government of India rules for deputation/ foreign service appointments. An additional a special allowance of up to 30% of basic pay will be paid in deserving cases.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Only qualified engineers in service of Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies. Candidates must have at least an overall grading of ‘Very good’ in five of past seven APARs starting with 2006-07.
