Scale of Pay : Rs. 32,832/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc. in Biochemistry/ Tea Husbandry & Technology / Zoology / Chemistry with 55% marks from a recognized University.
Desirable : Ph.D. in relevant field.
2. Professional Assistant :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : As per University of North Bengal Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 16,872/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate should have passed i) M.A/M.Sc/M.Com (knowledge in Statistics / Computer Application / Information Technology / Operation Research / Geoinformatics / Surverying/ accounting & finance.
3. Research Associate :
No of post : 02 Posts
Age Limit : As per University of North Bengal Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 20700/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate should have passed i) Good Academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale at the master’s degree level in Sociology / Anthropology /Women Studies / Gender Studies / Political Science / Law / History / Philosophy / Economics / Geography / Commerce / Rural Development.
4. Data Entry Operator :

Age Limit : As per University of North Bengal Rules.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15960/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Candidate should have passed i) Higher Secondary 10 + 2 pass ii) Typing speed of minimum 40 w.p.m. iii) Knowledge of Data Entry in the software packages. iv) Certificate Course in Computer Application.
5. Research Assistant :
