(a) 450 posts of GD Constables in Armed Battalions,
(b) 85 posts of Drivers, (c) 30 posts of Constables (Technical) in Communication Branch in the pay band of Rs. 5200 – 20200 plus grade pay of Rs. 2400 and other allowances as admissible under the rules and

1. GD Constable : No of post : 450 Posts
Age Limit : Not less than 18 years and not more than 22 years as on 1st March, 2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2200/-, Rs.2400/- Per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Minimum class X passed from recognized Board for open candidates and class VIII passed from recognized Board for HG candidates who were enrolled before 4.9.2012 and class X who were enrolled after 4.9.2012.
2. Constable Driver : No of post : 85 Posts
Age Limit : Not less than 18 years and not more than 22 years as on 1st March, 2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2200/-, Rs.2400/- Per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Minimum class X passed from recognized Board for open candidates and class VIII passed from recognized Board for HG candidates who were enrolled before 4.9.2012 and class X who were enrolled after 4.9.2012.
3. Constable (Technical): No of post : 30 Posts
Age Limit : Not less than 18 years and not more than 22 years as on 1st March, 2014.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- Plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2200/-, Rs.2400/- Per month.

4. Follower : No of post : 07 Posts
