1. Stenographer : No of post : 01 Post for SC only.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 Years (five years relaxation as per Govt. of India rules.)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34,800/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University with a minimum shorthand and typing (on computer) speed of 100 and 40 w.p.m. respectively in English.
Desirable : Knowledge of Hindi Shorthand and typing (on computer) with speed of 80 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. respectively.
2. Assistant : No of post : 01 Post for OBC only.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 Years (five years relaxation as per Govt. of India rules.)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34,800/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University with 5 years’ experience in a Government / Semi Government organization or a Public Sector Undertaking, dealing with establishment matters and accounts.
3. Professional Assistant : No of post : 01 Post for OBC only.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 Years (five years relaxation as per Govt. of India rules.)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34,800/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : i) M.A./M.Sc./M.Com and B.Lib Science Or
ii) B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. and B.Lib. Science with 04 years experience in the Library as a whole.
4. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) : No of post : 02 Posts for SC only.
Age Limit : Between 18 to 28 Years (five years relaxation as per Govt. of India rules.)
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board / University; should have a minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer as per 6th CPC..
5. Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) : No of post : 05 Posts (UR-05, SC-01, OBC-02)
Age Limit : Candidates Age Limit as per Annexure – ‘B’
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : As per Annexure – ‘B’
